You retain ownership of content you post on Mumbai Hookup. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Mumbai Hookup is built on a foundation of safety and respect. All interactions must be consensual. Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to remove any user who violates our community standards.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for billing questions.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not conduct background checks on all users and make no representations about the conduct or compatibility of any user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mumbai Hookup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
